Ideally 6–12 months in advance. Destination weddings will require more time so we suggest reaching out as soon as possible.

How many people are on your team?

The Virtuous events team consists of a lead wedding planner, associate wedding planner, and a wedding assistant. We are a fully bilingual team (EN/FR).

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes! Our team plans weddings across the Caribbean and internationally. Please reach out to discuss more details and for a custom quote as travel fees may apply based on location.

Do you handle cultural/traditional weddings?

Absolutely — we specialize in incorporating meaningful traditions for all backgrounds and faiths.

What’s the difference between partial and full planning?

Full planning covers everything; partial planning supports you mid-way through your journey once most vendors have been secured.
